She was born and raised in Buenos Aires, was trained at the university to teach Castellano Spanish and English and has been teaching full time for thirty years. One of the enjoyable learning experiences we do together is to translate the lyrics to tangos that I have been dancing to for years but had no idea as to the meaning of the words. This is an example of the many songs we have translated. The title is "La Capilla Blanca" lyrics by Héctor Marcó. You can listen to the Carlos di Sarli orchestra music below. These are the lyrics in Castellano:

I'm an Argentine English and Spanish teacher
I've been a teacher for over 30 years. Teaching is my passion. I've taught people of all ages and about 15 years ago I discovered that what I really liked the most was teaching adults. I have lots of fun giving classes to grown-ups. My profession has given me the chance to meet very interesting people , some of whom are keen on learning about Argentina's culture , its people and their language. Having been born in Buenos Aires and being fully bilingual , I find teaching Spanish is a great experience for me.
