7-8 Fundamentals- Playing with the Feet!
Flirting with your feet: the cross, crossed system, touching and sandwiches.. Ideal for new dancers, or experienced dancers working on fundamentals, or the other role.
8-9 Intermediate- Understanding Sacadas
Weak ochos often limit intermediate and advanced moves. We’ll work on core and axis technique, and transition into sacadas for both leads and follows.
