Useful moves and tools to navigate properly at the social dance.

Walking in different systems and lanes; paradas/pauses, simple, double turns: counter turns; "entradas" vs"sacadas"; unexpected changes of direction. Embellishments. Boleos. This class will focus on the essential fundamentals of Argentine Tango to prepare students for the Milongas (Dance Parties).
Our emphasis will be on the connection to the partner, embrace, walking, axis, posture & musicality. We also cover parallel & cross systems.
All levels of dancers are welcome.
We begin with exercises that prepare the students body to move in a fluid manner and apply them to the dance movements.
There will be a Practica directly after the class so students can work on what they have learned in the class.
