Hosted by The Alliance Française & French school of Berkeley, the theme of this one time milonga will transport you to the streets of Paris with "A Tango in Paris" celebration.
*6-6.30PM: we'll be joined by Ayano Yoneda co-founder of the Tango Poetry Project, for a special interview on how immigration between Argentina and France has shaped the history of tango.
Empanadas from Cafe Buenos Aires and wine will be available for purchase.
*7-10PM, milonga. We'll be treated to live music by the very talented duo of Swiss Bandoneónist Adrian Jost and Californian pianist Seth Asarnow. Cruz Fierro will spin tango records.
